ADD-ON SERVICES:
Matterport 3D Tour - $199 for homes up to 2000sf (Add $50 for every additional 500sf)
Amenities - $50 per area
Twilight Photography - $199
Rush Delivery (by 10:00am next day) - $40

LUXURY LISTINGS:
Luxury listing fees cover the increased shooting time, processing time, and licensing value for high-end properties.
Homes Over $1 Million - Add $150
Homes Over $2 Million - Add $250
Homes Over $3 Million - Quote Required
EDITING ADD-ONS:

Virtual Staging - $50 per image (minimum of 3)
Add fire to fireplace- $8 per image
Add TV screen - $8 per image
Remove unwanted item (trash can, cables, etc) - $8 per image
TRAVEL FEES:
Properties outside of the central Austin area will be subject to a travel fee. The travel fees below are subject to change during the high season (April-August)
